Texas spring means severe weather... and fantastic cloud formations. Fortunately, this storm only brought much needed rain and a bit of coolness.

The wisteria has been amazing this year. The honeybees have been busy collecting pollen, and I've been enjoying the smell. Hello, spring!

We say hello to the morning with a warm cup of coffee, a blushing sky and the fragrance of the wisteria blossoms. It will be a good day.

And just like that, spring is here! The plants put out their leaves, flowers open up and the bees have a heyday. I love the way the new green of the leaves looks against the endless blue of the texas sky.

080/366 - Reaching for the sky

Today was absolutely gorgeous. Hardly a cloud in the sky. There was a warm breeze. Birds were courting in the front garden. Today was a good day.
